November 26 – Act Now: God Will Forgive Any Strayed-Off Believer
The Israelites wandered away from God and suffered, but God – their Creator, promised to forgive them and draw them closer. The children of God will recover their losses and be blessed so that people can praise his name. God said to Israelites through Prophet Zechariah, “And it shall come to pass that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and the house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, let your hands be strong.’ “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Just as I determined to punish you When your fathers provoked me to wrath, ’Says the Lord of hosts, ‘and I would not relent” (Zechariah 8:13-14).
God cares so much for his people; he will forgive their sins and help them recover from the losses they might have suffered as a result of their sins. Children of God who have received the mercy of God will live pass their distresses and receive the help of God. Meanwhile, people who have taken an advantage of a sinful situation to oppress the children of God will face the consequences of their actions. God will rescue his people and punish the wicked ones.
In most cases, the punishments that God inflicts on the wicked people are beyond human comprehension. Therefore, those who think they can take an advantage of a child of God should think twice because they will suffer some terrible consequences for their actions.
It is beneficial for everyone to be on the positive side of God to avoid his punishment and also qualify for his benefits.
Children of God should consider themselves fortunate because God will forever stand by their sides. He will forgive their sins and bless them.
Dear God, I understand you care for your children; you promise to forgive their sins and accept them. I am your child, and I ask that you fulfill these promises over my life! Please forgive all my sins; redeem my life, and keep me fit to receive your benefits in this life and in heaven also. For in the name of Jesus Christ, I have prayed. Amen.
