Daily Bible Life

Believers must praise God at all times. We must praise God with the use of our musical instrument, and we must do it to his satisfaction. One psalmist in the Bible challenged people to explore praising God with their creative works of art. He said, “Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” (Psalm 150:1-6).

God loves to receive praises of his people! He does not eat any physical food, neither does he personally use any material that we present to him. *Jehovah only eats praises!* He takes pleasure in any worship that his children present to him. Meanwhile, God does not just take pleasure in any worship, he only takes pleasure in quality worships! That is, the Creator will only appreciate any worship (and praise) that is presented to him from a pure heart. Any worship that a Christian presents to God must be thoughtful, and it must come from a genuine heart. While believers must make the attitude of praising God our routine habit, we must ensure that each of the praises must be genuine. Jehovah will reciprocate our efforts to bring him sincere praises. He will bless us beyond measure as we make him proud with our heartfelt praises and worships.

Dear God, please give me ability to bring sincere worships to you at all times. Indeed, you have given me every reason to praise you! You have brought me from miry clay and set my feet upon the rock. You have given me new songs, and you have decorated my life with multiple blessings. Why should I not praise you? I will praise you in the morning, praise you in the evening, and praise you at night. I will praise you at all times. I will also testify to your goodness so that all people can know how great you are! Please give me your grace and strength to remain grateful to you everyday of my life. For in the name of Jesus Christ I make  my requests. Amen.
