Prophet Isaiah was confident in God; he believed God would take care of his business if he continues to trust him. Isaiah said, “For the Lord God will help me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed. He is near who justifies me; who will contend with Me? Let us stand together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near Me. Surely the Lord God will help me; who is he who will condemn Me? Indeed they will all grow old like a garment; the moth will eat them up” (Isaiah 50:7-9).
God is ever faithful towards his children. He will fulfill his promises over us. Our needs are not beyond his capacity, he will meet them if we can trust him. God who is the ultimate provider will not allow us to suffer. Also, he is ever strong, and he will protect us. In deed, challenges of life may rise against us, but they will exist for a short moment. God who keeps his children does not sleep, neither does he slumber. He will help us overcome! Meanwhile, despite his guaranteed safety and provisions, the Creator still expects us to trust him. He also want our attention through committed services. Jehovah must be regarded as All-In-All in our lives before we can enjoy his prime benefits. Therefore, we children of God must endeavor to allow him to take complete leadership of our lives.
Dear God, I appreciate the fact that you are All-In-All. You have power to take control of all situations, and I really want you to take control of my life, so that I can qualify for your full benefits. Therefore, I am asking for special grace to trust you. Teach me how to completely trust you! Help me to be closer to you and maintain consistent relationship with you, so that I can be fit to live a victorious life on earth. For in the name of Jesus Christ I make my requests. Amen.
