God distant himself from Israelites (his children) due to their sins. However he promised to eventually forgive their sins and redeem them. God will restore his children and watch over them so they would not stray off anymore. Ezekiel shared his revelation of God’s plan as stated,
“And the glory of the Lord came into the temple by way of the gate which faces toward the east. The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple. Then I heard Him speaking to me from the temple, while a man stood beside me. And He said to me, “Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. No more shall the house of Israel defile My holy name, they nor their kings, by their harlotry or with the carcasses of their kings on their high places” (Ezekiel 43:4-7).
Sin has caused enmity between man and God, but the relationship will eventually be restored. Jehovah will merge the gap of separation and redeem his people. The Creator has presented his Son Jesus Christ to mediate and restore harmony. Humanity will receive forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ. They will also obtain a privilege to eternally enjoy God’s benefits.
The bible stated, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).”
All people ought to confess Jesus Christ as their Lord to be saved since he is the chosen Son of God who has the power of salvation. Anyone who confesses his faith in Jesus Christ and repent from his/her sins shall be saved.
A sinner will receive forgiveness of his sin and obtain salvation through Jesus Christ. The believer will also have an opportunity to permanently live with God in heaven.
God will not reject whoever comes to him for help. He will save that person – Whether he/she professes to be a Christian, a Jew, a Muslim, a Hindu, a Buddhist, or any other.
No discrimination with God, anyone who confesses Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and personal Savior shall be saved (Romans 10:9-10).
Dear God, I come today to receive salvation of Jesus Christ. I am sorry for my sins and repent from them. I declare that I will give my complete life to Jesus. I will follow and faithfully serve him throughout the days of my life. Please write my name in your book of life and keep me forever saved! For in the name of Jesus Christ I make my requests. Amen.
